LinkGather - WordPress Links Exporter



This plugin shows you how to export the URL's for all your blogs articles in Google Spreadsheets format.

Go and get the plugin from the WordPress Plugin Repository by searching for LinkGather, or you can just go to the URL below:

Once you have installed the plugin, straight away you are ready to go.

Step by Step Instructions


A new tab on the menu side of your admin portal will appear called LinkGather:

Hover over this title option, you will then see a sub-menu with the different sections available to you:

When you click on the Home offering, this will go to the plugins developer page which includes instructions, similar to these, on how to use the plugin.

Post Links


Push the Post Links option to navigate you to the page that will display all of your websites published posts’ links. Note that for the purposes of this guide, we are using our WordPress test site with just a few URLs in it.

You should now see a table with two columns, one for the title of your posts and another for the links of your posts. Depending on how many posts you have will depend on how long this list will be.

At the bottom of the link table, you will see that LinkGather has also added up how many post links you have.

You then also have the option to download the articles in Google Spreadsheets format.

Page Links


The instructions is exactly the same for Page Links, however instead get more info of bringing back published links, it will bring back published pages instead:

JetPack ShortLinks


The option for JetPack Links is again exactly the same instructions as those above, but, wp.me Links are actually built in short links created by the JetPack software. If you have the JetPack plugin installed, you must have the short links option also enabled for our plugin to be able to get those URLs.

If you do not have the JetPack short links click here module enabled, our plugin will just pull back basic post links instead.

Assuming that you have JetPack short links enabled, clicking on our plugins wp.me Links menu will bring back all those wp.me Links that it has gathered:
